At first small Chechen communities were taking root all over the world as people who leaved Chechnya in search of peace for their children. But then former Chechen militants began increasingly appear among peaceful Chechen refugees. And lately for the account of their mass running away from present Chechnya the European Chechen Diaspora has grown greatly. According to Refugees International over 100,000 Chechens have moved to places such as Poland, France, Austria and Belgium. Certainly, wherever they decide to stay in Europe, they create the “little Chechnya” with their criminal laws of life. Moreover, Chechen leaders don’t want to create a close relationship even with our local criminalities. Simply speaking, Chechens don’t try to assimilate here. On the contrary, they don’t want adjust to actualities of European life and mix their culture with the culture of any country, where they’ve found shelter, because they strive for maintaining their bandit’s traditions.
Take, for instance, our France. In Nice, where over 3,000 Chechens have settled, Chechen criminal authorities are constantly fighting for such profitable spheres of criminal business as racket and narcotics. Their skirmishes with local African criminals, who were chieftains in this criminal business, become more and more severe and turn into destabilizing element for restful life in Riviera. Well, I found it was not enough for us to have ordinary shootouts between average criminals. Far from it! Chechen refugees have contrived to add ethnical conflicts and disorders to gangster’s brigandage! That crowns all!
