| ‘White fear’ over social housing threatening community stability Whites living in social housing units fear that they will be discriminated against over black and ethnic minority communities, the government has said. The Department for Communities and Local Government commissioned a report by the Improvement and Development Agency, which reveals that 21 per cent of white people living in social housing fear that housing decisions may be biased in favour of black and minority ethnic people.............
