Should be an English Assembly?

Scotland has its own. So does Wales.
Both countrys can vote on political affairs in England but the English can't vote on polital affairs in eithier Scotland or Wales because their assembles make the decisions instead.

In Scotland they don't pay tuition fees while in England you do but pay the same tax and all because the Scotts voted against it.
Many smilar storys are now apparrent as well.
