Thumbs down Brown's lust for power continues!!

Hello I'm new.

Government word has it that Brown wants to SERIOUSLY reduce the powers and prerogitives which Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II holds as to a right of being Monarch. I know this 'transfer' of power has gone on ever since the Cromwellian Commonwealth ended and the Constitutional Monarchy was formed in 1659. However 'control freak' Gordon has pushed the limits and there was even a rumour he wanted a to remove the Monarchs power to declare war and even ROYAL ESSENT and be 'transferred to 'parliament' (or him more like), God help us if that were to happen.
