 Flood of gypsies here by Christmas MIGRANTS from Romania and Bulgaria could be flooding into Britain by Christmas. The move follows Labour plans to scrap visa restrictions early. Ministers are set to lift current controls on entry to the UK by December – even though they do not need to until the Eastern bloc pair officially join the EU on January 1.
