'Putting limits on our immigrants is illegal', says Romania.

A Home Office work permit scheme to limit the influx of Romanians and Bulgarians to Britain next year may be illegal and unworkable, the Romanian government warned.
Romanian diplomats told MPs that legislation to cap the number of people from these two countries who are allowed to work in the UK when they join the EU next year could be flawed.
They hinted at Britain being taken to the European Court of Justice in a challenge to the legality of the planned restrictions.
Home Secretary John Reid announced in October moves to cap the number of unskilled workers from Romania and Bulgaria to 20,000.

The trouble is they are right.

****wit Blair had the chance to restrict immigration from new member countries at the accession talks, the same as Germany and France. But unlike Germany and France, the Blair ******* waived the right. (Blairtannia waives the rules!). He passed the bit where they say "speak now or forever shut your gob", without a whimper.

So, chaps, do not blame the Romanians. THIS ONE IS TOTALY ON BLAIRS ACCOUNT.
