The approval or disapproval of the work of all national administrations will be monitored daily for the first time in the world.
There will be a free access to the results on the web page of the Internet-based agency (Barometar World Ratings).
The anonymity of the voters is guaranteed.
Each Internet user can participate in the survey only once daily.
