Hi all,
I didn't see this section until I had made a few posts, my apologies
I am a 40 something, slightly political expat, working abroad at present, about to be moved to another division somewhere else abroad
I look forward to meeting you all in the forums.

Hi House,
I'm sure a mod will be along soon to do the formals, but welcome to the forum in the meantime. Best tactic is just to jump right in and I'm sure you'll find some lively debate.
Enjoy!

Thanks guys, I love jumping in, getting out is often more tricky![]()
Hello House here are the formals DtE mentioned,
apologies in advance if they seem less than original!
If you haven't already done so, please acquaint yourself with the rules, you may also find this Guide to Good Posting and short guide helpful. If you ever need any help please feel free to contact myself or one of the other mods via private message.
If you're feeling brave, once you get to know us all, you could divulge some more personal information here and perhaps join the rogues gallery. We try and keep this a relaxed and friendly place to debate, please try and bear in mind that though your views may be different from another member it doesn't necessarily mean that theirs are wrong.
Look forward to debating with you soon.

As someone else who has only just found this thread - at least I have the excuse of having travelled halfway round the world this week - can I also add my own welcome to the forum House. In which part of the world have you been living and are you looking forward to moving again? I have to admit that I often wonder why I'm still here in the UK, especially right at this moment!

Thanks for the rules opinionated. I like rules very much
Thanks also Midas. At present I am in south east Spain, shall be moving to France, Brittany after Xmas.
Just a short contract, then I shall take early retirement there
Looking forward to some interesting debates here.
Once again thanks for the welcome all.
