That's great...how do you feel about teabags containing milk thistle?

My understanding of milk thistle is that it some potential health benefits, especially to those with liver disease. Provided that the ingredient is not harmful to the consumers I see no problem with using it. Although, being from the southwestern US I insist that my tea, in general, be of a traditional southern US sweet iced tea type (with the exceptional green tea from time to time).

Hello, Tourmaline. Opinions are personal, but they make for some good debates

Tourmaline is one of my favorite minerals. Its composition is so complex that it has a great deal of different end members.
