Hi Sally, we certainly try on the intelligent discussion front and bar a few members (I wouldn't consider Streetwalker one of those myself) you will mostly find articulate considered posters of all sides of the ideological divide. Welcome!

Hey Sally. The best thing by far about this site is the moderation.
It's liberating- sure you can't send Private messages and one mod is always waiting to pounce and ban dissenters, but so long as you don't "CONSPIRE" like I did, you MIGHT not get banned. Being a conservative will help your cause also.

I'm a mod here...a new one. It isn't perfect at times, but then neither are the members!

Do take the time to look at the rules and guidance and do let me know if you have any problems. Dive in and enjoy the 'to and fro'...noones opinion is worth more because they have been here longer or happen to be a mod.
