| Envoy raps 'anti-Israel' UK BRITAIN is now a "hotbed of radical anti-Israel views", angry envoy Ron Prosor stormed this week. The Israel ambassador said it has become a haven for those advocating Israel's destruction. And he declared that the debate over Israel had been "hijacked by extremists". The ambassador said the Jewish state had been cast as the "pantomime villain". And media coverage of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was "routinely tainted with bias". Mr Prosor, who took up his position last November, launched his attack in Tuesday's Daily Telegraph.......... A JEWISH TELEGRAPH NEWSPAPER - Manchester Leeds Liverpool Glasgow Is Britain really that anti Israel? or is it just cranks like galloway and the muslim block in this country who are making all the noise?      |
