Lie Clocks

A man stands in a queue waiting to go before St. Peter and be judged. Whilst waiting to be seen, he notices a huge wall that's covered in clocks - but all telling different times.

When he finally reaches St. Peter he asks about them. "Oh, they're lie clocks" says St. Peter.

"Lie clocks?" asks the man "what are they?"

"Everyone whoever lived on earth has a lie clock" explains St. Peter "it tells us up here how many lies they told in their life."

"Oh right. So who's is that clock then?" asks the man, pointing to a clock where the hands were on twelve.

"Oh that's Mother Theresa's clock; the fact that the hands are still on twelve means she never told a lie in her life."

"Wow!" the man points to another one that said 12:10 "and whose is than one?"

"That one is Abraham Lincoln's and that means that, in his lifetime, he only told two lies."

The man looks around for a long time before finally asking "so where is Gordon Brown's clock then?"

"Oh that one is in God's office" St. Peter smiled "He's using it as a ceiling fan."
