Big boost for Labour from the O.E.C.D economic forcast.

Big boost for Labour when the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development forecast a 3.1% increase in growth in the economy this year which will lead the world financial revival. Labour also promises no increase on the basic 20% income tax rate and also the higher rate tax of 40% and the new top rate of 50%. for the next five years.

Obama has also made it quite clear he would rather deal with a Labour administration which is keyed into the major world economies efforts to overcome the world financial crisis instead of the Tory cut and slash policies they intend to pursue which would be completely of of step with the rest of the worlds major economies.
    .

The ganging up of Tory supporting bosses whingeing about the N.I. contributions could well backfire as their protests about the introduction of the minimum wage quote: " would lose jobs and hit businesses" which did exactly the opposite fresh in the voters memory. In any case most people know the motives of bosses support for Cameron as they hope to gain favour from a Tory administration.

According to the Times voters still do not trust Cameron to run the country he faces a massive credibility gap to be a successful P.M.

I am not sure I can face four weeks of this political electioneering, and that is just from Expounder.

Every time I turn on the tele there is some very earnest presenter with pie charts, ribbon charts, bar charts, 3D charts, animated charts, historical charts and supposition charts.

Labour are promising to do everything they should have done over the last thirteen years, and the blatant toadying up to the LibDems is vomit inducing. A promise of a referendum on political reform! Remember the promise of a referendum on Europe? Yes that is about how much their latest promises are worth! Labour can hardly campaign on their record so they they have come up with a wonderful strategy - Slag off Cameron and Osborne and promise whatever we have to to cling to our jobs.

Poor old Cameron and Osborne are being pilloried because they had the audacity to be born into stable, comfortable backgrounds and received a good secondary education at no cost to the overburdened taxpayer. Meanwhile Brown reassures us that he is 'middle class'. If he is an example of middle class values, heaven help the middle class.
