This is a letter of reply to a letter written by a Labour parlimentary candidate in a local newspaper. I was forced to keep it shorter than I would have liked. His origin letter claimed Labour were tough on crime.

In response to Julian Ware-Lane the Labour parliamentary candidate for castle point I feel his views are misleading that Labour are tough on crime.
I suspect the recently released statistics mentioned are taken from the British Crime Survey (BCS) the results obtained...

Well as most of you will see I've abandoned my socialist past and have pledged my support to the Conservatives, paying my subscription to become a party member.

It was always my idea, that when I settled in the political spectrum, I would become active. Initially I intend to do this as I mentioned previously by joining the Conservatives, but I hope in future I can play a more active role in local politics, helping with campaigns and community projects.
