Pakistan working towards Democracy

From the news in news paper and on various TV channels it is given to understand that

Pakistan is determined to adopt democracy.
Extremists trained and supported by Pakistan Army have made Pakistan as their target.
Pakistan Army is watching to safegaurd her interest and ensure presence in decision making
ISI is not ready to loose control.
Musharraf is not ready to give up

Does any one knows facts?
