| Hunter Gatherer/Bushcraft Survival Ray Mears Usually on BBC2 7pm Sunday night, Ray Mears travells the earth looking at how our earth ancestors used to live in a world unlike the modern day. Building a fire from flint to keep warm, or cook a recent living animal or herbs grown in the woods or fish from a river, Ray has done it all, and watching him take the part of our once hunter gatherers is extremely enlightening. If you imagine the possiblity of a global war with the aim of reducing the planet to 500,000,000 million people, knowing skills explained by Ray is something that may keep you alive one day. Check him out. Woodlore - About Ray Mears |
