Could we please remove the posts being checked by a moderator before they appear. Its very annoying and seems to take some time to appear, if not at least get a few more mods please.

Edited to add: seems the pre-moderation has stopped again. Thank you, but I am still curious as to why it happened. Technical glitch perhaps?
