| Over recent years, it has become increasingly obvious that the labels 'Conservative' and 'Labour' have ceased to have any distinct meanings. These once great political parties no longer represent different values, and their claim to stand in opposition to each other has become false. The truth is that they now fundamentally agree on almost every one of the great issues of our time: foreign policy, the role of the state, the level of taxation and so forth.
