On Thursday, June 28, the peoples of the entire Western world won their greatest victory in years. The US Senate voted to remove from consideration a bill that would have granted amnesty to almost all illegal aliens living in the United States -- a population estimated at between 12 and 20 million people.

Despite denials and word-magic by its proponents, this bill was an amnesty.

In support of it were President Bush, the national leaderships of both the Democratic and Republican political parties, most presidential candidates, 90%of the media, the entire business establishment, most major religious organisations, the Mexican government, the
