    Alan Ginsberg and Obama's Speech

    Congrats to all Americans on making the best choice.

    Listening to Obama's victory speech, the rhythm, not so much the content, I was reminded of an Alan Ginsberg Poem as performed by RATM. I wonder if Obama knows it?

    I should really have stayed around and listened to Rage at Reading...

    They were OK, but I couldn't get a word of what they were saying so I didn't particularly enjoy it. Without the political commentary, the music itself just sounded like noise Needless to say, the balance was crap.

    I sort of get what you are saying. Obama's spech was very majestic indeed. I wonder what Rage and Ginsburg think of Obama...

    to marksist nutzy ::::::::::::::::::::::::

    i must first inform you that obama is in no way a marksist, a socialist, a communist, or even an anarchist. his world famous berlin speech was an imitation of both kennedy and regan. as such, this speech was in no way marksist, etc.

    i must say that we now have no choice but to pray that god may guide this new american president; and also remember that god can not possibly have enuf control over obama for us to never worry about it.

    BUT somehow; everything shall work out alright.
