Sexism, the discrimination of a person because of their gender.

Not just agaisnt women.

Racism, the discrimination of a person because of their race.

Not just agaisnt minorities.

How she came to that conclusion I have no idea.

She's hilarious, but what she says is clearly rubbish on this subject.

If a white control their nation administratively what makes for example an immigrant becoming racist against them ?

If for example a white is treated unfairly in a black nation or asian or ''south americans'' there is more publicity to redress such people and free them but any other national becomes their whatever mud they could put, but i will quote from the context of palestinian spoke person called errikat, who says if you rule or governed by the sword, respectively you will be dealt with by the sword, but did people of aggresive race realize that ?

Since the blacks gained power, they've since turned the tables. In Zimbabwe they've seized the farms owned by white people, in South Africa there are laws such as minimum amounts of black percentage on company boards.

Well yes, as a company has to have blacks on its board, despite the fact there may be better qualified whites. And I have a feeling the percentage has to be quite substantial. Essentially it denies whites (or other minorities) control over companies.
