| 'Kill the whites' The words 'Kill the whites' had to be cleaned off an area of the park, known locally as 'the pie crust.' The message was signed by a group called 'The Heaton Boyz'......... http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/news/...econd_time.php the most worrying part of this article is this extract 'It costs the council £55 an hour to have the graffiti cleaned up and takes cleaning teams about one hour to complete'. More worried about the graffitti than the implied threat!!       |
