 ISP's and the BPI Once again...just flicking through the BBC website, came across something else... BBC NEWS | Technology | Warning letters to 'file-sharers' The BPI are basically trying to get all the various ISPs in the country to sign up to this "three strike system" whereby they can kick customers off their service if they're caught three times illegally downloading. Okay, I don't support piracy, but don't you think blocking users permanently is a little extreme? Not only that...but it doesn't seem too long before various officials start demanding censorship or something else ridiculous... Once again, watch our civil liberties crumble my friends!      |
