Secret government 'X-Files'

I remember one late night up on Ilkley moors about 3 months ago me and a mate went for a drive and we stopped off in a lay by area and looked up at the sky and since it was a clear sky it was spectacular.

We saw something not too sure what it was and it seemed to flash then wait 3 secs and flash again and was moving at an incredible fast pace.

It may have been a satellite although i have my suspicions as there is a US Military Spy Base just 5 miles away.
