Protect your PC and make it run better

Goto filehippo.com - Download Free Software and download Spybot search&destroy and ad-aware, they are free tools to detect spyware and delete them.

Also, checkout ATF-Cleaner.exe - www.atribune.org click on ATF cleaner (in red). This will clean your pc a little bit, its nothing spectacular, but it only takes seconds.

There are programs that run on your PC when you switch it on, put there by companies like your ISP and sites you visit. They basicly collect information from your PC, and in doing so, slow your connection down.

To avoid this, click start, click run, type msconfig, click ok, at the top click startup, there you will see all the programs that connect to your PC when you start it up. I have unclicked all of mine, and ive had no problems. Ive even unclicked 3 ISP programs. You can click them back at anytime, but its worth unclicking them one by one if you're worried.

You have to restart your pc after unclicking for it to take effect.

If you have one that persists in coming back, go to program files via My computer then Local disk, where you can delete it completely.
