| First arrest in ballot-rigging investigation! Special Branch detectives have arrested a 33-year-old man in connection with allegations of ballot rigging during last year's Town Hall elections. The potential breakthrough in the 10-month investigation into Tower Hamlets electoral fraud came on Tuesday morning when officers swooped on an address described as being in the 'E1 area'.
