 Livingstone race aide quits Lee Jasper, a senior aide to Mayor of London Ken Livingstone, was forced to resign tonight, hours after it emerged he channelled City Hall funding to two projects run by a woman whom he bombarded with sexually charged emails. A spokesman for the Greater London Authority said that Mr Livingstone had accepted the resignation of Mr Jasper. The move follows a string of claims about Mr Jasper's alleged misuse of City Hall funds.
