UKIP guest speaker applaudes heroine and cocaine use

The guest speaker to UKIP's recent conference being James Whale, former Talksport presenter, who was sacked in may for encouraging people to vote Conservative (the irony). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gp6smkQu7mY

Is legalising hard drugs something UKIP should be preeching?

To be fair, James Whale is a decent commedian.
