Andrew Smith the EUkip ex-treasurer who was in Court for flagrant abuse of electoral law in the case where EUkip were found guilty on all counts but ordered to forfeit only £18.1/2K as The Bench leniently permitted EUkip to retain the balance of the £375K.

Smith not only flouted the law with others in EUkip's leadership team but had 'legged it' at some speed under a cloud when asked legitimate questions about the accounts by the Party's elected NEC previously.

He has parted company with his employers and now has a job where he can not get the time off to attend EUkip NEC meetings it seems and clearly he lacks the competence and probity to assume the role of financial 'fixer' for the leadership in future.

I understand that after several very accrimonious battles over many months Bruce Lawson, the present Treasurer, has had enough of the chicannery of EUkip's leadership and sent his letter of resignation to The chairman on Thursday or Friday last week departing on holiday on The Saturday.

That there is much more behind this departure than might meet the eye is proven by the facts contained in Bruce Lawson's resignation letter and what lies behind them. Such that BellyTricks from the party's pretend press office announces that the Chairman had witheld the letter from the NEC because EUkip's leadership are in such disarray that they don't trust each other.

The spin, she goes on to claim, is that Bruce Lawson has got a new job in a different part of Britain!!! Yeah I believe that! Where could be considered more difficult to acquit the duties of Treasurer than his home in Hendomen in Montgomeryshire!! Will he be dashing home to make the beds in his B&B at lunch time, running his other registerd businesses in the area at weekends. Sorry after watching EUkip duck, dive, lie, cheat and collude in corruption, fraud, embezzling and going native totally betraying their electorate I just don't believe the spin.

I gather Bruce Lawson has made the date of his resignation the 27th. October so one can expect EUkip to do one of two things - either lie and defame him at every opportunity bullying and disembling as they did with Petrina Holdsworth, Richard Suchorzewski, Brian Gerrish and many others or because he knows too much grovel and pander to try to keep him quiet offereing nay begging to keep him for longer as they have in the series of cover-ups of Tom Wise's fraud and embezzling.

I gather Farage was so angry after being confronted with his involvement in the criminal behaviour of Wise on The Jeremy Vine Prog. last week that although he almost managed to sound plausible when he got to Strasburgh he had a real hissy fit throwing a tantrum with his MEPs and bearding Wise, who it is understood made his usual responses.

Farage is in a difficult position because he is embroilled personally, to some extent, as he was the beneficiary of almost £5,000 of the stolen money, I understand, used to pay off one of his debts to Lindsay Jenkins. Not only does Tom Wise know enough of the scams and indollences, perks and betrayals of the other EUkip MEPs but they have ALL colluded in covering up his criminality in one way or another!

Clearly they are afraid that if they act honestly and expose Tom Wise that he will in turn expose them and with the Conference coming up they must fear he might wreck it! Perhaps that explains why the latest details of the Conference at the begining of October posted at EUkip's interim web site on UK Independence Party - Home is dated 14th. August and there is no agenda, little promotion and no publicity beyond their in house magazine - could it be that they expect to cancel the conference?

Or perhaps they will lie to relevant Parties to try to keep them on side until after their conference as they did with Petrina Holdsworth.
