| UKIP gain one seat in the locals So far as I can make out, the UKIP has made a net gain of just one council seat. Last year they averaged 220 votes per candidate. One wonders if they managed to improve on that this year. Mind you, they still haven't come clean about how many candidates they actually stood. Maybe a few more defections to the worthy BNP are called for. |
