I agree entirely with the bit about kids being victims of a new police state; but again Trevor this has nothing to do with the EU, in fact we are the only EU country that does this, also it may go against EU human rights stuff (but this debatable). However we do have the lowest age of criminal responsibility in the developed world - Now you can't blame that on the EU either, most EU countries think we're sick when it comes to this issue! If the EU really did control everything they'd abolish the Anti-social behaviour ACT!
