'Hopeful' that, like the U.S., you'll be given the opportunity to borrow money that you'll never be able to repay to give to third world dictators to squander on gambling, coke, cars, and underage hookers so that we can solve a problem that doesn't exist? That kind of 'hope'? Some had that kind of 'hope' here, but more and more people are realising that the correct word is 'hoax'.
