Give MPs an ASBO

It just occurred to me doing my research that in order to have an ASBO granted one merely has to show (on the balance of probabilities) that someone's actions 'cause or are likely to cause harm or distress' under the Crime and Disorder Act (1998). This can be done by anonymously submitting 'heresay' evidence.

Now I don't know about anyone else but I feel that some MPs expenses caused harm and distress to many members of the public. Hence it should be perfectly possible for us to get an ASBO put on the MPs responsible preventing them from doing this again or face 5 years in prison.

You can't give ASBO's to politicians.
Think about it, the young people who receive ASBO's... These are probably the only qualifications they will ever get.
If you give them to politicians as well, it just makes the qualification less appealing

However if a politician breeches their ASBO it's 5 years in Prison. Come on tell me you wouldn't LOVE to see that happen ???
