His report seems selective and unsound but then again so was the JIC's and to claim there was inadequate information as a justification for Blair, John Scarlett and their cronies to invent a pack of lies to justify their chosen aim of crimes against humanity and the unlawful invasion and massacres in Iraq.
Is the contention that there was inadequate intel. some Humpty Dumpty logic for a justification to lie? As Blair and his cronies did.
