Wales sees red with oval balls!

    Hi,

As with everyone who faces this dilema Gareth Thomas deserves everyone's support as a role model.

It is a matter of absolutely no relevance his sexuality except to those who might have a sexual interest in him. That is not to say his misfortune in having lived a lie for so long should be seen as a justification for the hypocracy of pretence or pretending to normality.

Good luck to him after nearly 3 years of being out amongst his friends.

British Lions rugby legend Gareth Thomas: 'It's ended my marriage and nearly driven me to suicide. Now it's time to tell the world the truth - I'm gay'

Gareth Thomas is a sporting legend. He captained Wales in 2005 to their first Grand Slam victory since 1978. The same year he captained the British Lions tour of New Zealand.

With 100 caps to his name - more than any other player in Welsh history - he has one of the fiercest reputations on the field, and a row of missing front teeth to prove it.

At 6ft 3in and 16st of pure muscle, his masculinity has always been an absolute given.

As a young man he bonded with rugby mates in the pub over tales of sexual conquests, and flirted with pretty girls eager to bag a sporting hero.

The sexual preferences from the rugby captian of a Nation that has sheep shagging as its National sport should not suprise anyone.

"The only gay in the scrummage" as he was known to fans wasnt realy revealing anything just confirming it. So whos next ? Sol Campbell ?

    Hi,

silly me and I thought the standards had been raise to badger watching!

There is absolutely no problem with homosexuality any more than heterosexuality - homosexuality is clearly a perversion involving a miniscule minority but as with all sexuality accepted within the boundaries of the law.

That the practices of the norm homosexual are extremely damaging physically and medically is a matter for them, save amongst hypocritical homosexuals and bisexuals where they increase the risks dramatically for the bulk of the population and particularly children.

Public exhibition of sex is NEVER appropriate be that a Government Minister tripping around Clapham Common in his wife's frock sequesntially giving oral sex to male strangers or badger watching in various public car parks.

I care not what gender he may be badgering such behaviour is as inappropriate as the couple who felt it appropriate to try to perform full intercourse whilst standing with a group around them in the centre of town some time ago or the EUkip MEP who felt it appropriate to represent his Country by having sex with a black prostitute in Belgium on the bonnet of a car in the street!

Gareth Thomas' sexuality is a matter of utter irrelevance in his occupation and I wish him many more achievements in his chosen job as an entertainer.

    Regards,
    Greg L-W.
