conservative, liberal, labour. are the tthree main parties that traditionally we could differenciate, concervatives were basically more authoritarian and right wing, the liberals being liberating and left wing, and there was the labour party who had a suport base of coal minrs and sweated trade workers etc. however recently i have noticed that the three parties are merely the same party with different names, i understand that it is important to catch floaters of swinger voters, but why ask why there is partisan dealignment? when it is clear?
because they ARE ALL THE SAME PARTY , sure there are elements of each party that still withstand here traditional morals but basically, they are so busy trying to appeal to everyone that they have lost there dedication to trying to make a difference. i mean, i am not lining up for any of the parties or there policies in the past, i thought that concervatives were pompous and narrow minded, liberals were hippies and labour had a measly support base, but at least i respected them as parties, they had ethics and passion and wanted to make a difference, now it seems like all they want is power and have no real work ethic or method to solve problems, i don't think they even care, at least we know that dictators like stalin and hitler had the passion to stand up a speak to everyone instead of just deligating everyone else to read something from an autoque.
Yes, you have got a point. Often discussed on this forum that there is not a lot to choose between the 3 mainstream parties, so we have to look for more radical, more minority parties if we REALLY want a major change in UK politics.
IF the Tories get in next time, and IF there is little perceived difference, I can see the minority parties becoming majority parties in the not too distant future.
Jesus said in John 3:17, "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."
