Should our fascist government take NF to court?

We've all seen whats happened to BNP, but what about the National Front.

NF policy on Race and Immigration
"In the case of Britain the National Front upholds the wish of the majority of British people for Britain to remain a white country".

Membership
"You must be a British citizen, adhere to the principles of White Nationalism".

So why aren't racist Labour taking the NF to court?

They're insignificance would be my guess. There's not much point. Plus, the BNP claim not to be racist whereas NF make no such claim. If the BNP wanted to continue making that false claim they had to open their doors.

There isn't reason to, there's no doubt that the sudden jump on the BNP was politically motivated, the NF pose no such threat as the BNP do.

Are NF even a legitimate party?
Didn't they "lose" most of their members during the split into BNP?

This sort of behaviour against the BNP shows that the big parties are really frightened of losing a significant part of their vote.
I would not be surprised to see certain far right parties declared illegal - BEFORE the election.
Might not need a vote in the House, just a Statutory Instrument perhaps?

Just theoretically speaking, that is actually in a sense less discriminatory than the BNP membership criteria. It makes no ethnic demands.

I think they should for the guilty party to be known legally rather than people drawing their own aforethought inferances.
