There has been much media comment on the wisdom or otherwise of the recent court case brought to prove evidence that an 8 year old girl had been raped or not.

But how else could it have been dealt with?

From what I have heard the judge and court officials/procedures worked hard to ensure the whole process was as informal as possible.
