United Kingdom Politics Having secured a third term, we will fulfil our promise to renew our country and take Britain forward to a better future not back to a failed Tory past. Our continuing success depends on our continuing to pursue a new Labour agenda as a modern progressive party. We will focus on three crucial areas: the economy, modernising public services, tackling crime and asylum; building on what we have achieved to make Britain better since coming to office in 1997

So Cameron’ hails the end of new labour’. If only!

In reality, since Blair hijacked the Real Labour party, we’ve ended up with 2 parties you couldn’t get a slip of paper between.

Both are in the pocket of the very rich and privileged as well as the CBI. We the people deserve better than either of them.

Do you think we the people deserve more lies, deceit, internment without trial, sky high taxes etc , Don’t forget Cameron when he gets into power won’t reverse the 10 pence tax change which he recently made clear in front of the TV Cameras at the by-election in Crewe & Nantwich with a member of the public who asked him.

Unfortunately, with our sheep-like attitude we will continue to pendulum between them both every decade or so and we will still wonder why nothing really changes, we just get more of the same including the arrogance.

I think it’s time the parties of arrogance got a kick-up the political backside and next time we get a chance to vote, we vote for anyone except them. Don’t forget in Scotland who always voted labour and had the fortitude to change their voting habits are being rewarded by having a government who doesn’t allow the autocratic attitude of Westminster to be imposed upon its people and if we allow the Tory’s to govern us, with the memory of the last Tory government still prevalent in the Scottish psyche this will push them, if not guarantee a independent Scotland.
