| United Kingdom Politics Having secured a third term, we will fulfil our promise to renew our country and take Britain forward to a better future not back to a failed Tory past. Our continuing success depends on our continuing to pursue a new Labour agenda as a modern progressive party. We will focus on three crucial areas: the economy, modernising public services, tackling crime and asylum; building on what we have achieved to make Britain better since coming to office in 1997 |

| Gordon Brown poop as PM! Damn it all, the situation in British banking sector and housing financing sphere has got outright critical! It got clear that things are worsening in GB after the Wall Street Journal reported that Lehman Brothers Europe with headquarters in London had sent a giant sum of US$8 billion to its parent company in the US! Now this money is badly needed here to pay salaries to 4,500 employees, property bills, creditors and other day-to-day expenses, when negotiations between Mr Brown and the US government did not help so far to return that money to London! All in all, that it was in some degree Brown's fault that Britain is facing crisis now. Now I totally agree with Labour MPs who rebelled against Gordon Brown and demanded his immediate step-down some two weeks ago. There is serious crisis in the country when Brown's cabinet still fails to work out a comprehensible strategy to overcome the crisis in British economy! I think that should finally demolish a myth that 10 years of prosperity of British economy is solely an achievement of Mr Brown as UK Treasury Secretary. He's a foney and must be gone! |
