United Kingdom Politics Having secured a third term, we will fulfil our promise to renew our country and take Britain forward to a better future not back to a failed Tory past. Our continuing success depends on our continuing to pursue a new Labour agenda as a modern progressive party. To my way of thinking all recent scandals with the participation of our and Russian members of special services and mutual pretensions of British and Russian law enforcement agencies are aimed at diversion of our public mind from another slam-bang political brawl, connected with facts of making ice cream habit by some of our high-ranking officials.
Just think of it! Due to recent reports, appeared in The Daily Telegraph, eight members of the new British Cabinet admitted that they smoked marijuana during their studentship. In particular it was said by Speaker of the House of Commons, Harriet Harman, Home Secretary, Jackie Smith, Chancellor of the Exchequer, Alistair Darling, the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Andy Burnham, Secretary of Transport, Ruth Kelly, Secretary of Business and Enterprising, John Hutton, Secretary of Municipal Administration, Hazel Blears and Secretary of Housing, Yvette Cooper. Other members of the Cabinet refused to comment on their “relationship” with marijuana. But then it turned out that other two senior officials also used cannabis in their youth. It was Police Chief, Tony McNulty and … Secretary of State for Drug Control, Vernon Coaker!
And now all of them try to prohibit using drugs for our next generations. What a hypocrisy and wickedness! And after it our new premier dares to reject accusations of double standards, predominated among our Establishment…
