With many big-name politicians being defeated in the primaries in state after state, it appears the citizens are speaking loudly about what they think of those who are supposed to be representing them, but are not. Perhaps there is hope for getting people in Washington, DC who really will represent the people again. I sure do hope so. I also hope it's not too late to turn the country around.

On the other hand, even though there are victories for the people in the primaries, I can't help but wonder if they will carry over to the general election in November.
