SUPERHERO NAME: The Changling

GOVERNMENT NAME: Barack Hussein Obama
SPECIAL POWER: An uncanny ability to campaign for "Change" (undefined). The Changling is able to slightly alter himself in order to be accessible to the largest possible audience. His weakness is only himself, and his own ambition.

SIDEKICK: Joe (call me Joe) Biden. A respected sidekick, his only flaw is the political "gaffe". Its his kryptonite.

OLD FASHIONED NAME: John McCain

SPECIAL POWER: An all-American hero who does things His Own Way (trademarked). Maverick has had frequent clashes with The Religious Right, as well as an underground organisation calling themselves The Bush Administration.

SIDEKICK: The HockeyMom. Her real name is Sarah ("can I call you Joe?") Palin. A formiddable adversary, she operates as an iconic figure of both adoration and fear. She has a gun. And you better believe she knows how to use it. Her weaknesses include coherent question-answering, the recognising of French people, and an appetite for expensive clothing. She is fiercely against contraception, and has apparently passed on such traits to her daughter. The Hockey Mom has suffered frequent defeats to an upcoming hero known only as "The Fey".

WHO WILL WIN?

The battle has already begun. Not in Metropolis, not in Gotham. But everywhere. Who will defeat whom in The Battle For The Free World? You decide. Or discuss. Whatever.
