 Philippines never-ending political killings under Pres. Gloria Arroyo

Reports quoted US Senator Barbara Boxer as saying her panel had made it very clear to the Arroyo government not to send any military, any police and intelligence agents, but despite the Philippine government saying it won’t send any, it did anyway.
