| British muslims using UK universities to spread extremism Radical Muslim agitators have exploited university campuses to spread extremist thinking, Communities Secretary Ruth Kelly admitted today. She said university Islamic societies had become 'breeding grounds for extremism'. The warning over the influence of jihadists among students follows concerns raised about links between London universities and the alleged terror plot broken up in police raids and arrests last week.
