| On the 15th anniversary since the day of declaration of Ukrainian There is such an opinion that on the 15th anniversary since the day of declaration of Ukrainian independance, separate neighbours consider that it's an "honourable duty" to create conditions for making this date unforgattable, they do their best with the aim of "destabilization" of the situation in separate regions.
Take the Crimea as an examle. For some reason, strong state functionaries in Moscow and their Turkish colleagues (which try not to concede to "strong statesmen" of Russia) consider this prosperious territory to be their own one, with all the consequences. At the beginning of the 21st centuru the same situation was in the centre of Europe - the states, neighbouring with Ukraine, hawing the "indeference" of some local authorities, used its territory for some doubt experiments, trying to realize their own geopolitical ambitions this way and to make their positions of influence in the society of an independent state stronger.
If Turkish ambitions (in the sense of influence on the Crimean-Tatar community) with essential remarks and cautions as for the means and methods could be understood, the support of the "brothers in faith", who don't have enough financial and human resources for the realization of their own rights and liberties - the Russians' attempts to lay claim to the Crimea by the means of organization of anti-state, anti-constitutional (and, finaly, anti-ukrainian) performances bordering on a provocation, can't be explained on the common sense's point of view. In this context it is very interesting to have an answer to their question: what would be the Russian Federation's reaction to the attempts of Ukrainians (from "Plast", "Student Brotherhood", "Zaporizzja lower army") to organize on the territory of the so-called "Green weilge" (Belgorod, Orel, Kursk, Kuban - Ukrainian ethnical territories, by the way) actions under the slogans, propagandizing this territories' return under the jurisdiction of Ukraine and demanding the withdrawal of Russian armed forces from there?
Even at the beginning of the 21th century, the executive officials in Ankara and Moscow, achieving illusory profit-making purposes for realization of shady interests, don't understand the whole danger of making advances with ethnic minority organization leaders, who have been functioning in the Crimea, and efforts to turn some social - economical and living conditions difficulties into the plane of political, interethnic and religious character.
No one in Moscow and Ankara thinks about possible results of uncalculated steps in solving the polyethnic territory problem, though the kremlin leaders have demonstrative examples of "chechnia conflict", and the turkish leaders have "kurds question" problem. But they continue to excite the problem using "'ukrainian european liberal - democratic lae" in religious and ethnic sphere, activelly playing "crimean card".
One can't understand why "western democracies" don't react to the last events in the Crimea. Europe must get rid of syndrome of "patriarchal naivety" and mustn't forget bloody lessons of Balkan tragedy, echo of which we can hear nowadays. This tragedy turned the continent into powder kig near which an unreasonoble child tries to play with matches.
Brussels shouldn't forget that political stability in the Crimea and in some south-western regions which some extremist representatives from neighbouring with Ukraine countries and paid from abroad leaders of the local "fifth column" try to shatter is a guaranty of stability and prognostication of political and economic situation development in Central and South-Easten Europe in the continent in general.
